For purposes of this Shipping Policy:

“BuderBoard™,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to BuderBoard, the company offering Products for sale through this website.

“Customer,” “you,” or “your” refers to any individual or entity that places an order with BuderBoard.

“Products” refers to all goods offered for sale by BuderBoard.
This Shipping Policy forms part of BuderBoard’s Terms and Conditions and applies to all orders placed through our website.
SECTION 1 — Shipping Territory
BuderBoard ships exclusively within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping or delivery to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or locations outside the fifty (50) states.
SECTION 2 — Shipping Costs
All BuderBoard orders include complimentary standard shipping within the United States. No shipping charges or handling fees are added at checkout.
SECTION 3 — Shipping Carrier
Orders are primarily shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). In limited circumstances, BuderBoard may select an alternative domestic carrier at its discretion to ensure timely and secure delivery.
Carrier selection does not alter delivery estimates or the terms of this policy.
SECTION 4 — Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within two (2) business days following successful payment authorization.
Processing times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to order volume, carrier capacity, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
SECTION 5 — Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery timeframes provided at checkout or in confirmation communications are approximate only and do not constitute a guarantee of delivery by a specific date.
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, BuderBoard does not control transit times and is not responsible for carrier-related delays.
SECTION 6 — Product Availability and Inventory Accuracy
All orders are subject to product availability. While we make every effort to maintain accurate inventory records, errors may occasionally occur.
In the unlikely event that a Product cannot be fulfilled due to a stock discrepancy or inventory error, BuderBoard will notify the Customer as promptly as reasonably possible. Affected orders may be canceled or adjusted, and any applicable refunds will be issued in accordance with our Refund Policy.
SECTION 7 — Damaged, Lost, or Defective Products
Issues relating to damaged, lost, or defective Products are addressed exclusively in Section 8 of our Refund Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. Customers should review that policy for detailed information regarding eligibility, procedures, and available remedies.

BuderBoard reserves the right to amend or update this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting to our website.
